Summary of Position:
The Hospitality Road Crew position will provide front line guest service to all visitors and sponsors of JCM hospitality. You will be responsible for transporting hospitality structures and equipment, set up and tear down of structures at each event, and the day-to-day operations of the hospitality program both trackside and at the shop. A strong independent leader and team player who is able to communicate and network is key.
Duties & Responsibilities

Drive a tractor-trailer to and from the 20 NHRA events in 2025, with travel approximately 180 + days during the year.

Set up and tear down the hospitality, kitchen, and supporting structures (including picking up and moving of flooring, beams, poles, awnings, etc. as well as climbing ladders, maneuvering on top of the roof of semi, working in hot, cold or rainy outdoor conditions).

Ability to lift 50 – 70 lbs.

Meet needs of hospitality guests including greeting, cleaning hospitality dining and serving areas, assisting with serving food and beverages.

Keep all necessary items stocked throughout each event, including drinks, ice, driver hero cards, etc.

Preparing give-away supplies while at the shop to be used on event weekends.

Light maintenance, cleaning and occasional repair of hospitality equipment and structures.

Proper documentation of DOT and internal paperwork, including logbooks, IFTA trip reports and expense reports.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Satisfactory driving record

Obtain a Class A Manual CDL (with help of JCM)

A driving record check, a criminal background record check, and a drug and alcohol test are required by Federal law to obtain a CDL license. Therefore, your employment with JCM will also require we process these tests.
